Keep arrangements away from ripening fruit, as it can shorten the lifespan of the flowers.
We make every effort to design each arrangement as close as possible to the photo shown. However, flowers, greenery, vases, and containers may vary depending on seasonal availability, weather conditions, and current market supply.
If a specific flower, color shade, greenery, vase, or container is unavailable, we may substitute it with a similar item of equal or greater value. Any substitution will be made carefully to preserve the overall style, color palette, size, and value of the arrangement.
Some product photos may include unique or limited-availability vases, containers, or design elements that cannot always be exactly replicated. In these cases, we will use the closest available option while maintaining the same overall look and feel.
If a particular flower, color, vase, or design detail is very important to your order, please include this information in the florist instructions at checkout.

Delivery Area
We deliver throughout South Florida, from Kendall to Boca Raton. Delivery availability and fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on the recipient’s address.
Same-Day Delivery
We offer same-day delivery for most arrangements. Same-day availability depends on the time the order is placed, the selected product, store workload, and the delivery address.
In most cases, same-day orders must be placed by 2:00 PM. However, for certain products, days of the week, or delivery zones, same-day delivery may be available until 5:00 PM.
Each product page shows whether that item is available for Same-Day or Next-Day delivery. Final delivery availability will also be confirmed at checkout.
Delivery Hours
Deliveries are available daily from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM. The earliest available same-day delivery time is 11:00 AM.
Delivery Time Windows
At checkout, customers can select an available two-hour delivery window, such as 12:00 PM–2:00 PM. We make every effort to deliver within the selected window. Exact delivery times are not guaranteed unless confirmed by us in advance.
If a specific delivery time is important, please include it in the order notes. We will do our best to accommodate the request.

When the Recipient Is Unavailable
If the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, we will try to contact them by phone. If we are unable to reach the recipient and the order can be delivered safely, we may leave the arrangement in a secure location at the door or reception area.
After delivery, we send a photo confirmation to the customer by SMS or WhatsApp whenever possible.
Delivery to Special Locations
We deliver to residences, offices, hotels, hospitals, and cemeteries. To help avoid delays, please include all necessary delivery details at checkout, such as gate codes, building access codes, apartment or office numbers, company name, room number, hospital room or department, exact delivery location, or any special courier instructions.
Delivery Fees
Delivery fees are calculated automatically based on the recipient’s address and will be displayed at checkout.
Holiday Delivery
Our standard delivery policies apply during holiday periods. However, due to high order volume, available delivery windows may be limited or adjusted.

1. All Sales Are Final
Fresh flowers and floral arrangements are perishable products. For this reason, all sales are final once the order has been delivered.
Returns are not accepted in the traditional sense. However, if there is an issue with your order, we will review the situation and do our best to find a fair solution.
2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If the flowers were damaged, the arrangement has a clear defect, or the wrong item was delivered, please contact us as soon as possible, but no later than 12 hours after delivery.
To review your request, we require your order number and clear photos of the arrangement in the condition in which it was received.
After reviewing the information, we may offer a replacement, exchange, credit toward a future order, or a refund, depending on the specific situation. Refunds are not guaranteed and are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
We are unable to offer a refund, replacement, or exchange for issues reported more than 12 hours after delivery, as the condition of flowers may be affected by temperature, sunlight, water, storage conditions, and care after receipt.
3. Flower Quality and Personal Preferences
Claims are accepted only for quality concerns, damage, or order errors.
Personal preferences regarding style, color shades, size, shape, or design expectations are not grounds for a return or refund if the arrangement was created in accordance with the selected product, overall color palette, and order value.
If you are ordering flowers for someone else, please choose an arrangement with the recipient’s taste and preferences in mind.
4. Responsibility for Care After Delivery
After delivery, the recipient is responsible for the proper care of the flowers.
To help preserve freshness, the arrangement should be kept in suitable conditions: away from direct sunlight, heat, cold, fruits, and vegetables, and the water level should be checked regularly.
Velour Floral Studio is not responsible for any decline in flower condition caused by improper care, storage, temperature, lack of water, or leaving the arrangement unattended for an extended period after delivery.
5. Flower and Design Substitutions
Due to seasonality, weather conditions, and market availability, Velour Floral Studio may substitute certain flowers, greenery, vases, or design elements with similar items that match the style, color palette, and value of the arrangement.
Such substitutions are not grounds for a return or refund if the overall style, color palette, and value of the arrangement have been preserved.
If a specific flower, color shade, vase, or design element is especially important to you, please include this information in the order notes or contact us before placing your order to confirm availability.
6. Cards and Messages
If a card message is included with the order, we will write it exactly as provided by the customer.
Velour Floral Studio is not responsible for errors, typos, or inaccuracies in the card message if they were submitted by the customer at checkout.
If the sender’s name is not provided, we may use the purchaser’s name listed on the order so the recipient knows who the flowers are from.
7. Delivery Address and Recipient Availability
The customer is responsible for providing the correct delivery address, recipient phone number, and any necessary courier instructions.
Recipient unavailability, refusal of delivery, an incorrect address, missing access code, incorrect phone number, or incomplete courier instructions are not grounds for a refund, replacement, or free redelivery.
If the delivery was completed to the address provided, the delivery obligation is considered fulfilled.
8. Refunds
Due to the perishable nature of flowers, refunds are generally not provided.
In most cases, when a verified issue exists, we aim to resolve the situation through a replacement, exchange, or credit toward a future order.
If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or payment provider.
